COVID-19 Safety

Our team is well-practiced and our operations are stringently safe, allowing you full peace of mind as you disconnect from the outside and reconnect deeply from within.

Our Guests

All guests are sent an online health questionnaire prior to arrival and are required to complete it online at least 24 hours before their arrival date.

• In case of any COVID-19 symptoms (high temperature, continuous cough, loss of taste or smell), please call us to postpone your treatment.

• During each session, our studio is occupied by only one guest and one therapist at a time.

• We have allowed half an hour in between treatments for the practice area to be cleaned and disinfected.

• We ask our guests to please wash or sanitize their hands before the treatment.

Our Therapists

The health and safety of our team is of the utmost importance to us. All therapists follow enhanced cleaning protocols and personal hygiene to provide a safe environment.

• Our therapists are fully vaccinated.

• Therapists sanitize hands before and after each treatment.

• Our therapists will wear PPE when appropriate, wash and sanitize hands at regular intervals, and will maintain healthy distancing when the local risk level requires it.
